Our Herb department is growing under leadership of Heather Arce
Our new arrival of Blooming Lotus Herbs, brings us an amazing Shilijit resin, rich in fulvic and humic minerals. People are excited to use this resinous, decayed, plant matter, also known as the “destroyer of weakness” in Ayurvedic medicine. These herbs are to promote over-all wellness, re-mineralization, hormone balance, and improved absorption of other essential nutrients. The Shilijit, combined with another Blooming Lotus product, Chayavanprash; work very well together providing a sense of well- being and satiety. Chayavanprash is a traditional Vedic jam-like superfood formula with 35 organic, wild-crafted botanicals and aromatic spices.
Two of our other new favorites are Dragon Herbs, and Sun Potion.
Dragon Herbs has been around for a while, but has experienced a resurgence in interest. Their Spring Dragon Tea, which is made from Gynostemna, is often infused with goji berries and/or Longum fruit as a refreshing, hormone balancing tea. The tea can be served hot, iced, or as a base for their other herbal blends. At my house we like He Shou Wu.
Sun Potion brings us a powdered, pine pollen which has been shown to boost DHEA and improve libido, stamina, as well as immune function. This product is in stock at Rainbow Bridge as well as many of their other products, like Tocos, Anandamide, Reishi, and Mucuna Pruriens. Mucana Pruriens which contains a substance called l-dopa, a pre-cursor to dopamine.
